Can I have implants if I have a denture?

Wearing a denture can be a challenge for many patients. Dentures move around, cause sore spots, and get looser over time. After teeth are removed, the jaw bones continue to disintegrate, which causes the dentures to become looser over time. If you are missing all your teeth and struggling to function with dentures, implants can offer a secure alternative to the removeable dentures. With this option, you can avoid adhesives and “snap” your denture in place. Typically, it takes two to six dental implants to support and help stabilize your dentures.

With implant-supported dentures, you will be able to chew better, enjoy meals, and smile confidently.

Please let us know if you are interested in this option to help support your dentures.

We can arrange a consultation to learn whether implant-supported dentures are right for you. When properly cared for, dental implants can last a lifetime. Dental implants can improve your quality of life.
